Long weekends really mess with my head. So do vacations, for that matter, but at least you get some satisfaction from getting used to not doing everyday things. Long weekends are just plain cruel. You get a little taste and then it’s all gone the next day. Or maybe I just need to relax more. Right, AK? Anyways, one good thing of having Mondays off is that Puff’n’sip is one day closer to the weekend. I was not quite ready for it, but – Boom! Hey! – here it is. Puff’n’sip is back and it’s on!

I saw this book at Pete’s this morning. Seven steps sure seems like a short path, but why seven? I have a two-step recipe for you right here – Puff’n’sip. More troubling questions is “what’s next?” Repeat same steps over and over? Sounds pretty simple, but how do you know that you are happy if you are happy all the time. Is it a flatline or are there peaks and valleys? Is there ‘happier’ after ‘happy’? And where does the puppy fit with all that…

Lots to think about. Luckily, Puff’n’sip is on today!
